Cooking Classes in November

 Learn How to Bake (and Convert Your Favorite Recipes!) to Whole Foods      Thursday, November 14, 5 - 7 pm, Potsdam, NY    YES, YOU CAN: Learn how to convert your classic holiday baking recipes into healthy whole grain and whole foods treats -- that taste great, but are good for you as well!  Whole sugars are real food, too -- you will learn more about what they are and how to cook with them.

DO IT RIGHT! Paula will also give you fuel to kick the refined sugar habit.  We all love our sweets, but being aware of what we're eating is a positive way to be in charge of your holiday treats menu!

GUILT FREE ZONE Goodies are fun for all ages, so you will learn how to bake desserts with whole grains, using 100% whole foods so you don't have to worry about health impacts when eating dessert and treats!

Presenter Paula Youmell is an R.N., Certified Health Education and Lifetime Wellness/Fitness Teacher who has worked in the areas of holistic health, healing and whole foods for twenty-plus years and is currently proprietor of Hands On Health Holistic Healing.

Paula has previously presented our Grains and Beans, as well as a Healthy Vegetarian / Vegan cooking seminar, as a part of this series.
