Scalloped potatoes a favorite?  Try scalloped any root veggies:  rutabaga, parsnips, carrots, turnips, celeriac, kohlrabi, beets...

Make with one root veggie or a try a combination of several. Remember to be brave and artsy in the kitchen.

Scalloped beets and chickpeas is very yummy.  Serve on plates with the top sprinkled with pine nuts and chunks of the French Sheep's milk feta from the Potsdam Food Coop,  or the Lively Goat's Run Feta from Nature's Storehouse, Canton,  This Feta is local to our North East Community, obviously the French is not, but it is yummy!
