When our health begins to suffer our libido is like the check engine light on our car's dashboard: a warning to take notice, do something, make changes that invite health & healing into our life.
So many factors can affect our libido as lifestyle impacts on our reproductive tracts take a heavy toll. Our reproductive tracts are like the canary in the coal mine: when life supporting oxygen is not available the reproductive tract falls ill (the canary dies).
I invite you to pay attention to what your reproductive tract is telling you: stand up and listen. Make changes for the better and get that lag out of the libido!
