SESSION POLICIES
If we meet in person at my home, please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before our scheduled appointment.
Zoom meeting for out of town/out of state & country: Please log onto zoom just prior to the scheduled appointment time. This allows sufficient space to relax and settle in before our personal health education session.
I require all first-time clients to fill out a new client health history form. Subsequent sessions have brief health history forms to keep the self healing / coaching process informed.
Please return both forms at least 2 FULL business days before your scheduled appointment.
If the forms are late, I will reschedule your appointment, and pre-payment will be required to reschedule. See below information**.
Forms will be emailed to you.
SESSION CANCELLATIONS OR RESCHEDULES: A FULL 24 hours advance notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Canceling or rescheduling in less than 24 hours, will require full payment at the time of rescheduling to reschedule your session.

The course content, the class page link(s) sent in your email, YouTube links / web addresses, issuu web addresses to the PDF files, and the web address of the secret home study course pages are not to be shared with any outside parties unless you have requested and been granted permission, in writing, from me… Paula Youmell, RN.
