A personal transformation program to reconnect to our own Inner Calm, Nature, and Breath (the regulator of parasympathetic dominance and inner peace)

I teach Nature Based Yoga for learning, growing, and transforming Body-Mind-Spirit (B-M-S).

This is a Shamanic Yoga, Energy Medicine Yoga, to fully incorporate healing of your whole being within the Cycles of Nature because You ARE Nature! When we get back to that fundamental principle and align in Sacred Reciprocity with ALL that is… The Freakin’ Magic Happens.

Learning Yoga Techniques (this includes poses, breath work, personal awareness activities for mindful living, natural health education, and so much more) supports our living in parasympathetic nervous system dominance: this IS the Constant Calm, Peace Mode.

Yoga’s architecture was created for vagal nerve toning:

  • Breath

  • Chanting

  • Mantras

  • Mudras

  • Humming

  • The addition of postures in the 1800s was bonus!

My classes are created to support you:

  • living in a state of calm by having tools to pause, think, and chose healthy actions as opposing to emotionally reacting to life’s triggers,

  • releasing the heavy energy of life’s traumas so you can let your true self shine brightly,

  • reconnecting to Nature’s Rhythms (We ARE Nature), and

  • cultivating tools of perception so we can let go of anxiety and the seemingly unavoidable stresses of life.

If you are interested in growth, in B-M-S, I would happily walk this path with you.

In class, we will focus on a solid foundation of the practice so you can create and move gracefully through your own home practice.

A regular home practice is the key to Creating Constant Calm™ and Cultivating Peace In Daily Life™.

  • Where the ‘rubber meets the road’ is when we can put these practices to work off of our mat / out of the classroom, to invite our B-M-S to Soar to Constant Calm in daily life.
