Low & Slow Herbal 🌱🌿🌱 Dosing Recommendation:

Start low dose and go slow 🐢 with increasing the dose.

For example, if an herbal 🌱🌿🌱 tincture recommends 20-30 drops 3X daily start like this:

  • 20-30 drops per day, in one dose OR divide in 2-3 doses.

  • Take this amount for 3-4 days.

  • Then up the dose to 20-30 drops 2X a day for 3-4 days.

  • After a good week of slowly increasing, go to 20 drops 3X daily for a week.

  • After that week, go to full dose of 20-30 drops 3X daily.

To go really low and slow, for people with sensitivity issues and low liver methylation,

  • take the lowest dose for a whole week

  • Up to second level dosing the second week, see doses above

  • Up to 3rd level dosing the 3rd week

  • Full dose in the 4-5 week
