Shamanic Yoga for Childhood Trauma Release

*This will be a 4-5 week series class to build on information each week for slow release, slow healing.

What this class can be for you:

A safe space to show up for yourself, learn techniques to release the stagnancy of old trauma energy, and empower self-healing. 

You will be invited:

  • inside your BMS to become aware of where you need to do healing work. 

  • to learn to breathe energy into your physical body and recreate a somatic connection with self. 

  • to do daily Shamanic Yoga ceremonial work to open to the space of Awareness around healing needs and live in the willingness to use awareness to sprout change, growth, and transformation. 

Yoga postures will be used to expand the energy of BMS to release heavy energy.

We will practice the philosophy of KISS:

  • Keep 

  • It

  • Simple

  • Soul Healer

By using simple yoga posture techniques and simple series of yoga postures for easy home practice. 

What this class is not:

  • Individual or group therapy. If you need a space to share your story as part of your energy release, I invite you to find a one on one counselor or group for that Soul purpose or opt for one on one Shamanic Yoga Psycho-Spiritual Sessions.

  • A yoga fitness class, see KISS above, this is energy movement work not physical fitness. 

*I am planning a very small (2-3 people), pilot class for early 2024. More info will be coming when I figure out dates, location, etc.
