Week 1 "Creating the Container." This lesson is about connection, knowing that you are not alone and are not going crazy. This is an introduction to the next phase of your life journey and how the changes are a sacred place of becoming.

  • Angela will be teaching about the women's archetypes and how midlife affects them.

  • Paula will be sharing an introduction to the physical changes and how to start supporting your body.

Week 2 "Feeling Safe and Supported Body Mind Spirit" This lesson is about feeling safe in the midst of change.

  • Angela will be teaching about resetting the nervous system and clearing the energy field.

  • Paula will be contributing info about the vagus nerve and how to assist with challenges related to anxiety.

Week 3 "Meeting Spirit and Plant Helpers" In this lesson

  • Angela will assist you in connecting with your spirit guides and power animals.

  • Paula is going to cover herbs and nourishing foods.

  • We will also talk about encouraging discovery of new or put aside interests that align with passion and purpose.

Week 4 "Who am I Becoming" This Lesson

  • Angela is teaching about redefining roles and being more discerning in who or what you are giving your energy to.

  • Paula is covering how to help other people in your life understand the changes you are going through.

Week 5 "Creating Sacred Space in Every Day Life" This Lesson is about deepening connection, finding joy, and inspiration.

  • Angela is going to teach about mindfulness and the divine spark in all things.

  • Paula's contribution is about physical body movement and yoga.

Week 6 "The Vibrant Empowered New You"

  • This will take what you learned in previous lessons to put together a "blueprint" for thriving Body, Mind, and Spirit.
